They were married Sept. 9, 2006.Non-jury trialsJames Joseph Gatens, 61, of 320 Arlington St., Tamaqua, was found not guilty of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol by Judge James P. Goodman following a trial without a jury but the judge did find him guilty of a summary charge of failing to stop at a red traffic signal on N. Greenwood St., Tamaqua, on Sept. 30, 2011, and fined him $25 plus $50 costs. Gatens was cited by Tamaqua Patrolman Matthew Houser.Shawna Margo Mastramico, 23, Aliquippa, was found guilty by President Judge William E. Baldwin of charges of delivering contraband substances to the state correctional facility in Mahanoy Township intended for an inmate, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and disorderly conduct, following a trial without a jury.Baldwin deferred sentencing to a later date and ordered a pre-sentence investigative report prepared by the adult probation department. Mastramico was cited by Trooper Mark Demko. The contraband was found in a box of popcorn.School taxPanther Valley School District renewed its judgment against owners of a property in Coaldale.The judgment was entered against Saverio M. Pasqualucci Sr. and Saverio A. Pasqualucci, both of 841 Uphill Road, Danielsville, and Saverio M. Pasqualucci Jr., Rear 841 Uphill Road, Danielsville, listed as owners of property at 111 Second St. A judgment of $1,466.26 was entered for unpaid school taxes from 2011.ForeclosuresPNC Bank National Association, of Miamisburg, Ohio, filed suit against the heir and interested persons of Charlotte Mullen Estate, alleging they had defaulted on mortgage payments on property at 35 N. Greenwood St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgment for $18,447.85 plus interest and costs.The suit names as defendants, William D. Miller, heir, 35 N. Greenwood St., Tamaqua; Diane J; French, 18 Conyngham Drive, Hazleton; and Linda J. Blakeslee, 107 E. Fifth St., Apt. 110, Red Hill, both as personal representatives of the estate.Bank of America, Plano, Tex., filed suit against Michael Formica Jr., 112 Button St., Hazleton, and Justine E. Kislan, 92 Third St., Oneida, East Union Township, listed as owners of property at 92 Third St., Oneida, alleging they have defaulted mortgage payments on the property and seek a judgment in the amount of $19,294.74 plus interest and costs
