Greenwood St., Tamaqua, on Sept. 30, 2011, and fined him $25 plus $50 costs. Gatens was cited by Tamaqua Patrolman Matthew Houser.Shawna Margo Mastramico, 23, Aliquippa, was found guilty by President Judge William E. Baldwin of charges of delivering contraband substances to the state correctional facility in Mahanoy Township intended for an inmate, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and disorderly conduct, following a trial without a jury.Baldwin deferred sentencing to a later date and ordered a pre-sentence investigative report prepared by the adult probation department. Mastramico was cited by Trooper Mark Demko. The contraband was found in a box of popcorn.School taxPanther Valley School District renewed its judgment against owners of a property in Coaldale.The judgment was entered against Saverio M.
