A Schuylkill County driver sustained a minor injury in a one vehicle crash that occurred about 5:03 p.m. on Friday, June 7, along SR61 in Blythe Township. The driver was also jailed after the crash over another matter.

State police at Frackville said James J. Harris, 26, of Barnesville, was driving a 2003 Dodge Neon northbound when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a guard rail along the east berm.Harris was taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, where he was treated and released. A records check showed that the county district attorney's office had secured a bench warrant for his arrest.After he was released from the hospital he was taken into custody and placed in the county prison on the warrant.
