A Blythe Township man and a Summit Hill woman were among 34 defendants arraigned Monday morning before District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon at the Schuylkill County courthouse. All the defendants pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges lodged against them and requested trial by jury. They were:

Jason Warren Miller, of 78 Tucker Hill Road, Blythe Township, charged by Trooper Joseph H. Cazonie with theft of parts from a tractor on Eagle Hill Road, Blythe Township, belonging to Kuperavage Coal Company. He faces a second theft charge filed by Trooper Andrew D. Letcavage, alleging theft of a pickup truck parked on Tucker Hill Road in Blythe Township, belonging to James John Ney, 74 Tucker Hill Road.Joanna Nunemacher, of 107 S. Chestnut St., Summit Hill, charged by the Inspector General's Office, with violation of the public welfare code by obtaining $784 in SNAP benefits, formerly know as the federal food stamps benefit, while failing to report earnings.Daniel Ira Miller, 21, of 137 Saint Peter Road, Tamaqua R.D., charged by Pottsville Patrolman Renee R. Galle, with carrying a firearm without a license.Suzanne Elizabeth Reber, of 288 Wood St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, charged by Pottsville Sgt. John R.
