Carbon County commissioners on Thursday approved several personnel moves:

*Christine M. Lesher, Palmerton, separation from her job as Collection Clerk II, Bureau of Collections/Clerk of Courts, effective May 13;*Anthony E. Powell, Lansford, hired as a summer laborer under the Liquid Fuels program, effective June 3;*Barbara J. Houser and Margaret A. Houser, both of Tamaqua, changed job status from part-time correctional officers to full time correctional officers, effective June 10;Commissioners also granted a seminar/training request from the Area Agency on Aging for Cheri Santore to attend the Pennsylvania Association of Area Agencies on Aging quarterly meeting in Gettysburg. The cost is a $60 conference fee, plus lodging, meals and mileage.
