The Anthracite Baseball Coaches Association Senior All Star Game will be held at Stump Stadium in Pine Grove Saturday night. Along with the game, there will also be a hall of fame induction ceremony and charity event.

The Hall of Fame inductions will take place between 5:45 p.m. and 6 p.m. with the first pitch tentatively scheduled for 6:05 p.m.The TIMES NEWS area will have a strong presence in the event, with Jim Thorpe's Pat Duvignead and Panther Valley's Richie Smith being named to the Division I team. Marian's Nick Kweder and Weatherly's Kevin Hinkle will represent the Division II team.Tamaqua's Jeff Reading was to be a Division I coach and Derek Rottet, Luke Matsago, Troy Reinhardt, Josh Zehner, Travis Miller and Matt Yeakle were also scheduled to represent the Division I team. However, the Blue Raiders will not participate after claiming the district baseball crown and advancing to states.
