On Saturday, June 1, SNG Service Center, East Catawissa Street, Nesquehoning looks back at 15 years in a thriving business.

Scot Samoleski is the owner along with his wife, Gina (Tessitore) and their children Nickolas, who has graduated from Penn State University as a mechanical engineer, and daughter Sophia, a fourth grader at St. Joseph Regional Academy. Gina is the receptionist at the center and daughter Sophia comes every day after school to help.The Samoleskis say that they take pride in their business and always put the customer first. They are grateful for their loyal 4,500 customers. Their aim is to supply the fastest service with the cheapest outcome with quality in mind. When they opened their business 15 years ago they didn't know anyone or have a customer base. They want their customers to trust SNG with every aspect of their vehicle.Scot offers ASE certified Master Technician Status with constant continuing education, engine and transmission replacement, servicing autos, foreign and domestic vehicles, light truck and van, state and motorcycle inspections, smoke testing (emissions problems), engine light diagnosis, interstate battery dealer, tire sales (they can get anything of your choice), a/c repair and service, clutch, brakes, electrical problems, exhaust, tuneup, transmission service and much more.The family resides in Albrightsville. When Scot was 10 years old he and his family moved from New York to Albrightsville and when he got to Jim Thorpe Area High School he met his future wife, Gina and they have been together ever since.
