A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, along SR924, just east of SR4033, in East Union Township.

State police at Frackville said Brian R. Crawford, 45, of Oneida, was stopped for a traffic violation. He showed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests.He was then transported to the barracks for a breath test, which showed him over the legal limit of .08 percent.Charges will be filed.
