State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a burglary at a Schuylkill County residence.

Troopers said a shed on the property of John Raymond Renninger, 41, of 33 River St., Cressona, was entered when unknown criminals removed a padlock. Removed from the sheld were several tools including power saws, a power sander, and a house painter.The break-in occurred sometime between 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, and 8:20 a.m. on Sunday.Troopers also reported on a theft from a vehicle incident. The unlocked vehicle of Adam Christopher Lawler, 34, of 95 Oak Ledge Ave., Schuylkill Haven, was entered and removed were a wallet, several gift cards, a Apple I-pad and case, a computer bag, and several indentification cards. The incident was reported at 3:04 a.m. on Friday, May 17.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 739-1330.
