The Carbon County Labor Chapter will meet on Monday, May 20 at 7 p.m. at the Democratic Information Center located at 110 N. 1st St. in Lehighton, directly across from the Senior High Rise.

The topic of the meeting will be upcoming events including Chapter representation at the Carbon County Fair, at the No. 9 Mine Museum in Lansford and at the Red Neck Festival in Weissport. Also under discussion will be Chapter Community projects including clean-up of the Bunker Hill Cemetery and assistance to food banks in Carbon County.The Labor Chapter is the voice for working families in Carbon County and any union member, active or retired is welcome to attend meetings.
