The West End Park and Open Space Commission sponsored a free Mother's Day craft project at the Ross Township VanBuskirk-Haney Park. Decorating clay flower pots are, from left, Alivia Johnson, 15, Ryan Anderson, 10, Daniel Anderson, 6, Evelyn VanDer Heyden, 4 and Tyler VanDer Heyden, 6. When completed, everyone received a fresh flower plant for the flower pots to be given to their moms.
