Thomas Mace, 65, of Tamaqua, has been cited by Rush Township police following a motor vehicle accident on April 14.

Mace was involved in an accident at 3:39 p.m. and was transported to St. Luke's Miners Hospital, Coaldale, for a blood test. The results of the test indicated he had a .196 percent blood alcohol level.He was cited for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.
