CCCC celebrating grand opening of new office with ribbon cutting

Carbon County Chamber of Commerce is celebrating "Strength in Numbers" and the grand opening of its new office at 137 South St., Lehighton (formerly Attorney Bill Bayer's office) with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. Thursday, May 16. Tours will be available.

The celebration will continue throughout the day with free educational seminars that will help members get more out of their membership, gain insight into committees and volunteer opportunities, become familiar with the new Carbon County Economic Development Committee website, "A Portal to Carbon County, take part in an introduction to Google analytics and learning to create your member profile page.During the afternoon, sessions continue with stategic planning, action planning and continueing with a after business hours networking mixer and reception, where those attending will have the opportunity to meet the new Chamber leadership.Attendees will enjoy light refreshments courtesy of Red Castle Brewery and be part of a special Board Appreciation Cememony at 5:30 p.m., following be a presentation "Wine 101" with Libations Lounge's sommelier Kristen Handwerk.Admission is free.
