State police at Frackville are investigating an attempted burglary at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said an attempt was made to enter the New Ringgold Market, 103 Hughes St., New Ringgold, by shattering the front door with an unknown object.The criminals failed to gain entry and fled. The incident occurred about 1:10 a.m., Thursday, May 9.
