Two persons were cited for alcohol violations.

State police at Frackville said William Okronglis, 42, of Mount Carmel, has been charged with two counts of selling or furnishing liquor, malt or brewed beverages to a minor. In connection with the same case Kayleen Hilbert, 19, of Frackville, has been charged with two counts of underage consumption of alcohol.Troopers said Okronglis supplied Hilbert with alcohol on at least two occasions during the period of July 2011 to October 2012, at various locations in Frackville.
