Inez Larichluta, director of nursing at Coaldale State General Hospital, was awarded the "Search for Excellence Award" of the Pennsylvania Nurses Association. This is the state association's highest honor. The award was presented during a special program in the multipurpose room of the Coaldale hospital. She said, "I promised myself I wasn't going to cry."
