Dear Editor:

Help when help is needed. On March 12, 2013, I was involved in an accident at the Five Points intersection in Tamaqua. In the blink of an eye my life would be forever changed, my way of living would be changed.I would like to thank my sister who stayed with me at the accident scene and hospital. My husband, my daughters, my sister, my brother, my parents and my aunt who took care of me when I was discharged from the hospitals. Thank you to passers-bys, EMT/ambulance personnel, St. Luke's Miners hospital staff, St. Luke's Bethlehem hospital staff, St. Luke's visiting nurses, St. Luke's physicial therapy dept. staff. Family and friends who visited me, sent cards, flower arrangements, brought me gifts, and food.People who called me, texts, and messages and the students and staff of Tamaqua Elementary School who sent me get well cards.Thank you to my friends and family who take me to my Drs. appointments.Your care and concern has helped me in my recovery from this difficult ordeal.Thank you again strangers and friends who helped me on the day of my accident.
