A vehicle stop led to the arrest of two on drug counts.

State police at Fern Ridge said a 2006 Dodge Caravan was stopped about 8:22 p.m. on April 5 along Weir Lake Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a traffic violation.At the stop troopers discovered a large amount of oxycodone and Xanax pills. Taken into custody were the driver, Albert F. Bernek, 50, and his passenger, Timothy J. Darragh, 56, both of Albrightsville.The two were arraigned on felony drug counts and committed into the county prison in Snydersville.
