ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Members of the Kellner's Dam Association have worked to construct a large community bulletin board and two flag poles near the entrance to the dam. In addition to listing events at the dam, local organizations are encouraged to post non-profit events on the board. They added that the board was also done in honor and memory of dam founder William Clemens.
