State police at Lehighton reported on two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers.

On April 17 about 11:28 a.m. troopers stopped Edwin James Wolfe, 49, of Albrightsville, along SR209, north of HTY Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County, for several motor vehicle code violations He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest, troopers said.At 9:26 p.m. on Monday, April 22, troopers stopped Dennis Klotz, 49, of Jim Thorpe, along SR209 at Dunbar Beverages, in Lehighton, for several traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence and taken to the barracks for a breath test. Charges are to be filed, troopers added.
