A neighbors' dispute along Forest Inn Road, Aquashicola, in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County, has led to one person being charged.

State police at Lehighton said Mitchell Stein has been cited for harassment for allegedly shouting an obscenity and threatening his neighbor, William Kresge.The incident occurred about 3:15 p.m. on Monday, April 22, troopers said.
