One of two drivers involved in a crash in Lehigh County has been cited.

State police at Fogelsville said the crash occurred about 2:31 p.m. on April 17 along Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township. Troopers said Robert F. Kocher Jr., 33, of Saylorsburg, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Express eastbound in the right lane while Matthew P. Frosch, 56, of Newton, Mass., was operating a 2010 Toyota Prius in the left lane.Troopers said Kocher proceeded to change lanes without clearance and the trailer he was towing struck the Prius.Kocher and passengers James N. Scebes, 41, of Pen Argyl, and Matthew A. Cornell, 33, of Wind Gap, were not injured. Frosch and passenger Isabelle R. Frosch, 18, of Newton, were not injured but another passenger, Amy C. Lisser, 56, also of Newton, sustained a minor injury that did not require immediate medical attention.Damages were minor to the rear wheel fender area of the trailer and scrape damage to the entire side of the Prius.Troopers cited Kocher for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
