A Carbon County club has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board.

Organization of Rebirth of Ukraine-ODWU Ukrainian Homestead, 1230 Beaver Run Drive, Lehighton, Mahoning Township, was cited for two violations. During the period of Feb. 17 through March 10, failed to adhere to bylaws; and on March 10 failed to maintain records in conformity with the provisions of the liquor code.These charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious ones. In addition, the judge can impose a license suspension or revocation of the license based on the severity of the charge brought.
