A Nesquehoning man is facing charges following an incident in the borough.

Police said Harold Allen, 127 W. Catawissa St., Apt. 8, was traveling at a high rate of speed on Ratcliff and W. Railroad streets, on a Yamahan mini dirt birt. No date was listed for the incident.Chief Sean Smith charged him with driving under suspension, no registration plate, no insurance, no class M or motorcycle license, and no protective eye equipment or helmet.
