A handler walks a bomb-sniffing dog toward the Carbon County Courthouse in Jim Thorpe following a bomb scare yesterday. The bomb scare resulted in the evacuation of the courthouse and neighboring courthouse annex at about 10:45 a.m. It wasn't until after 4 p.m. that the all-clear signal was given for business to return to normal.
