The highest possible honor of the International Junior Chamber of Commerce has been awarded Norbert L. Huber, Jim Thorpe, a charter member of the Panther Valley Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees). Huber has been named a Life Member in the Jaycees, which brings with it membership in the exclusive Senate of the International Jaycees. Huber, who is president of Jim Thorpe Borough Council, has filled many offices in the Jaycees, including regional vice president and state chairman.
