State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the reported theft of a tow truck.

Troopers said Charles Robert Dalton, Hegins, reported his 1987 GMC 3500 tow truck, black in color, with white boom with "junk removal' on it in blue lettering, was missing from where he had parked it at the Fountain Family Restaurant, in Hegins Township.Troopers said Dalton resides in Florida during the winter months and returned on Saturday, April 6, to find the truck missing. He last saw it in October 2012.The vehicle will have a dealer registration plate on it.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 739-1330.
