State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests by troopers.

Troopers said a 17-year-old female is facing a harassment count following an incident that occurred about 10:23 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, at 112 Pine Court, in Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County. Troopers said the female and a 14-year-old female, both in foster care, got into an argument during which the older female punched the other female. No injuries were reported.Tracy Ann Filchner, 46, of Lehighton, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred about 3:27 p.m. on Monday, April 8. Troopers said she was found attempting to walk down the shoulder of SR248 westbound at Club Road, south of Parryville, Carbon County, with her dog. She fell down several times landing in the right lane of travel. She was found to be heavily intoxicated and was cited, troopers added.Also on Monday, troopers said Fawn Dailey, 19, of Saylorsburg, and Jennifer Wasser, 32, of Stroudsburg, were at the office of District Judge JoLanna Kravitz, Hamilton Township, Monroe County, as family support for a preliminary hearing scheduled for the court.Dailey engaged Wasser in a verbal argument pushing and spitting at her while Wasser subsequently punched Dailey in the head.Both were cited for harassment, troopers said.
