A vehicle stop along a interstate road in Lehigh County has led to a large amount of cash being seized.

State police at Fogelsville said about 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, along Interstate 78 in Allentown, Alan Lutrell Johnson, 32, of Berkely, W. Va., was stopped for a traffic violation.At the stop a consent search of the vehicle was conducted and found was $10,000 in U.S. currency. After a K9 unit was brought to the scene, the odor of a narcotic was found on the money.Troopers sized the money and the investigation into the incident is continuing.
