Six defendants were removed by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program for first time offenders, after a hearing held in the Schuylkill County Court. They were:Joseph Talma Beaufort, 21, Pottsville, for failing to notify his probation officer of a new arrest. His case was returned to the trial list and he faces charges brought by Pottsville Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey, of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Christopher Thomas Czarick, 31, Schuylkill Haven, for possession illegal narcotics. He now faces trial for charges brought by Trooper Thomas Hornung.Sarah Elizabeth Harring, 24, Tremont, for possession of illegal drugs. She now faces trial on a charge of retail theft filed by Trooper Timothy J. Rymarkiewicz.Zachary Jay Hickey, 21, Pottsville, for failing to keep appointments with his probation officer and possession of illegal drugs. He now faces trail on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed by Patrolman Brian Pyle, Branch/Reilly Townships police.Kyle Thomas Putalavage, 24, Pottsville, for failing to report on scheduled days to his probation officer and possession of illegal drugs. Putalavage failed to appear for his revocation hearing and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest;. He now faces trial on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol filed by Trooper Robert Kliuge.Aaron Yeager, 21, Valley View Village, Hegins Township, for failing to report to his probation officer and possession of illegal drugs. He now faces trial on charges of person not to possess or use firearms which was filed by Officer Danielle Mowery, Cass/Foster Townships police.Judge John E. Domalakes removed Judy L. Fetrow, 50, of 341 Ridge Terrace, Coaldale, for failure to report within 48 hours of a new arrest. She now faces trial on a DUI charge filed by Trooper Mark Knock.Bail hearingsTravis Eugene Wehnke, 22, Wilkes-Barre, had his bail set at $5,000 percentage cash by Judge Charles M. Miller with stipulations he must reside at 326 N. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, and must not relocate without written permission from the district attorney's office and shall not travel outside the state without written permission from the district attorney. He was charged with failing to give proper identification to Butler Township Patrolman Raymond A. Horan, Butler after being questioned around a playground in Lavelle.James Culbert Jr., Pottsville, had his bail set at $10,000 percentage cash by Judge John E. Domalakes and after his release from an inpatient treatment facility and must reside at 513A Centre St., Pottsville, and cannot relocate without permission of the court, cannot possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs or frequent establishments that primarily serve alcohol, and will have a 9 p.m. curfew unless it is work related. Culbert faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and possession brought by Pottsville police.Mortgage foreclosuresThe Bank of America filed suit against Barbara A. Kohler, Beverly Hills, Fla., alleging she has defaulted mortgage payments on a property at 230 Earley Avenue,Coaldale, and seeks a judgement in amount of $82,332.49 plus interest and costs.PNC Bank, Miamisburg, Ohio, filed a suit against the surviving heirs of the late Charlotte Mullin claiming mortgage payments on her property at 35 N. Greenwood St., Tamaqua, are in default and the bank seeks a judgment entered for $22,000 plus interest and costs.Unpaid billH.H. Fessler Knitting Company Inc., also known as Fessler USA, of 1506 Centre Turnpike, Orwigsburg, filed a civil suit against Eastern Mountain Sports Company, of Hillsborough County, N.H., alleging a balance of $62,698.68 is owed for various clothing apparel.Divorces grantedMary M. Mehalshick, 107 Elm St., Nesquehoning, was granted a divorce from Shawn W. Mehalshick, 306 E. Elm St., Tamaqua. They were married Oct 9, 2009.Leigh Rainis, Valley View Village, Hegins Township, was granted a divorce from David Rainis, Ashland. They were married Aug. 16, 2003.Christopher Wessner, Pine Grove, was granted a divorce from Leah Wessner, Hawaii. They were married July 3, 1995.Amanda Sleva, Cressona, was granted a divorce from Paul Sleva, Pine Grove. They were married Sept. 1, 2001.Jill R. Moeller was granted a divorce from Phillip G. Moeller Jr., both of Ashland. They were married Nov. 7, 1998l.
