State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 6 p.m. March 9 and 2:15 p.m. March 24 at a residence in Eldred Township.

The victim is Ellen Kowalczyk Mooney, 55, of Allentown. Her residence is located at 680 Getz Dawl Road, Palmerton.Police said during the above dates someone shot an air soft pellet at four windows of the residence, causing cracks and holes in them.
