A incident at a Carbon County pub has led to charges.

State police at Lehighton said Charles Schell, 31, of Walnutport, was cited for harassment after he allegedly punched Kenneth Santee, 56, of Palmerton, at the Blue Mountain Pub, in Lower Towamensing Township.The incident occurred about 12:50 a.m. on Sunday, March 24, troopers said.
