A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 11:39 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred in the parking lot of Kreiser's Quik Shop, located at 198 S. Tremont St., Tremont.Troopers said Dean Dubois, 33, of Tower City, smashed the front passenger side window of a vehicle operated by a 25-year-old female. Some of the glass struck the victim which required her to get medical attention.Troopers said Dubois is facing charges of simple assault and intimidating a witness.
