Samantha Pryor has been named Girl of the Month for March by the Slatington Woman's Club.

She is the daughter of Bryon and Pamela Pryor of Slatington and has a sister, Stephanie, at Shippensburg University where she runs cross country and track.Samantha has participated in Northern Lehigh Area High School's play and musical, choir, debate team, cross country, television studio (The Dog Dish) and track and field.She has been on the honor roll for academic performance and earned several "feet" from cross country for outstanding running performance.She enjoys acting, singing, dancing, yoga, painting, and collecting Buddha statues.Samantha plans on going to a trade school for massage therapy. Once she receives her license and enters the workforce, she wants to take further college courses to acquire an associate degree in business. She hopes to someday own her own business.
