Two drivers are facing driving under the influence (DUI) charges following separate incidents in Kidder Township.

Township police said on March 3 about 1:35 a.m. Stephanie Dakis, 27, of Albrightsville, was involved in a crash along SR903. She was injured and flown to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, where she was treated and released. A blood test was administered and the result was .17BAC, police said.On March 10 about 1:23 a.m. Michael Belfiore, 46, of Marlton, N.J., was stopped along Lake Drive. He was found to be under the influence and was taken to the Lehighton hospital for a blood test. The result was .15BAC, police said.
