State police at the Fogelsville barracks arrested Michael Andre Lamb, 31, of New York, N.Y., on a charge of receiving stolen property after a traffic stop at 8:37 p.m. March 15 along Interstate 78 in the Lehigh Valley.

Police said the stop revealed Lamb was driving a vehicle that was reported stolen in New York, being owned by the Rental Finance Company of that city.He was taken into custody and remanded to the Lehigh County Prison, Allentown, in lieu of $20,000 bail.
