A Schuylkill County motorcyclist was injured in a crash on Wednesday, March 13, and was flown to a Lehigh Valley area hospital.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Bradley C. McKeone, 21, of Pottsville, was driving a 2000 Kawasaki bike northbound on Seltzer Road, in Norwegian Township, about 5:16 p.m. when he lost control while negotiating a left curve.The bike went onto the berm and struck a metal guide post and cable wires. After impact with the post McKeone was thrown over the handle bars and down a steep embankment.He was flown from the scene by Medevac helicopter to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Troopers said he will be cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
