Rush Township police have cited four teens for underage drinking following an incident on March 3.

The quartet was picked up at 3 a.m. on Claremont Avenue and included Nicholas Toth, 18, of New Ringgold, Kyle Rabenold, 18, of Quakake, and 16 and 17 year old females from Tamaqua.
