State police at the Lehighton barracks arrested Tammy Marie Finch, 26, of Monroe County, for harassment after police were summoned to a disturbance on Feb. 13. The incident happened at 191 Ruby Court in Ross Township.

It is alleged Finch harassed Joanne Cordaro Smith, 64, also of Monroe County, in a repeated fashion.
