State police at Schuylkill Haven reported a retail theft arrest at a Schuylkill County department store.

Troopers said Shawna McGuire, 22, of Mahanoy City, was charged following an incident that occurred about 9 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, at Boscov's Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall, in Norwegian Township.McGuire is accused of concealing a T-shirt valued at $10 in a shopping bag and attempting to leave the store without paying for it.
