Mark Thornton will be signing copies of his latest novel "Bridesmen of Madison County" from Beau to Beau Books, as well as his second volume of "Twisted Tales of an Otherwise Ordinary Mind" at the Dimmick Friends Book Sale on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.Thornton resides in White Haven, and has chosen the Pocono Mountains as the setting for his latest novel. "Bridesmen of Madison County" centers on a group of friends gathering for a winter wedding, under the watchful eye of zany wedding planner Madison County. She lurks over her uproarious followers like the Evil Queen, and as the many bridesmen arrive, each brings unique drama to the eclectic mix. With its over-the-top drama, humor, and truths uncovered, this is a heartwarming novel of extraordinary people living extraordinary lives.The Dimmick Friends House and Book Sale is located at 58 Broadway in downtown Jim Thorpe, two doors up from the Dimmick Library.
