Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy tour coming to Penn's Peak, May 3

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday for two concerts coming this spring to Penn's Peak.

Making his debut is Carl Palmer with his ELP Legacy, 2013 Twist of the Wrist World Tour.
