State police at Frackville reported investigating a one-vehicle crash along Interstate 81 in Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County, about 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31.

Troopers said Kristen B. Kloster, 24, of Honesdale, Wayne County, was driving a 2005 Mercury Sable northbound in the right lane and attempting to change to the left lane when she lost control on the icy roadway.The car spun out of control and went onto the left berm where it struck an embankment in the median. The car continued north in the median and rolled over. It came to rest on its wheels facing east on the embankment. Kloster was not injured.
