A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, at Cayuga Drive and Echo Lake Road, in Coolbaugh Township.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Aishling Fennessy, 20, of Tobyhanna, was stopped for various motor vehicle code violations.She was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest.She was transported to the county DUI center where she submitted to a blood test. She was charged with underage drinking with the DUI count pending the blood test results, police added.
