State police at Frackville are seeking the whereabouts of James Elijak Dickson, 43, who was an inmate at SCI Mahanoy before his release on Jan. 13, 2013. Police said that Dickson completed his Megan's Law registration paperwork. In that paperwork, Dickson listed his residence to be an address in Philadelphia that was subsequently determined to be abandoned. Dickson failed to report his actual current address within the required 72 hours. His current whereabouts is unknown, but he has family members in the Philadelphia area.

Dickson is a sexually violent predator subject to lifetime Megan's Law registration. Anyone with information on Dickson's whereabouts is asked to call police. Dickson is black and five feet seven inches tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs.
