Hillary Kathryn James, 20, of Brodheadsville, has been cited for retail theft by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said the incident happened at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Kresgeville Deli in Polk Township.Police said she was observed on the store's surveillance video as she concealed a bracelet and left the store without paying for it.
