These white snowlike formations along Mill Creek in Aquashicola, near the border of Palmerton, appear as though they are piles of snow from afar. But upon closer investigation, you'll see they are really stacks of large crystalic shapes formed by passing water. A neighbor, who was also taking photos, said these only appear during extreme temperatures.
