Trinity happenings

Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, will hold "Baptism of our Lord" Sunday services, at 9 a.m., with Holy Communion. The format is contemporary worship featuring the Trinity Praise Band. A recognition of 2012 baptisms will be observed. Newly-appointed interim pastor, the Rev. Donald Hayn will preside. Coffee fellowship follows in Luther Hall.The youth of Trinity will have a "to go" soup sale to help fund their Hurricane Sandy Relief mission trip in the summer following the worship service.Sunday School "Power Hour" begins at 10:15 a.m. for ages three-through-adults.Newly appointed interim pastor, the Rev. Donald Hayn announced that he will be available in the church office Monday and Thursday mornings. He will do at home and hospital visitations during afternoon hours.
