Slatington Woman's Club named Kendra Smith as it's Girl of the Month for December.

Kendra is a senior at Northern Lehigh High School. At school, she participates as Student Council president, Class of 2013 class historian, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), National Honor Society and Interact Club.Kendra enjoys karate, volunteering, baking, church, spending the summer at camp, and being with family and friends.She plans to attend a four-year college and pursue a career in peace and conflict resolution studies.Kendra is the daughter of Susan and Michael Smith of Slatington, and has a brother, Kyle.
