A Schuylkill County man, and two juvenile males, are facing theft charges.

State police at Frackville said Stephen Earl Bendell, of Ringtown, and the two males, have been charged with removing a portable deer stand from a wooded area near 469 Green Mountain Road, in East Union Township. The theft was reported at 9 p.m. on Jan. 4.Troopers said several misdemeanor charges were filed against Bendell, including corruption of minors. Both juveniles were charged through the county juvenile probation office.
