State police at Frackville reported on the following arrests for harassment made by troopers.

Two persons were cited for an incident about 8 p.m. on New Years Day along Lakeside Ave., in Delano Township. Troopers said Julissa Luther, 38, of Mahanoy City, and Heather Richards, 25, of Barnesville, engaged in an argument that turned physical. Both were issued citations, troopers said.On Saturday, Jan. 5, about 1:31 a.m. at 10 Bridge St., Mahanoy Plane, Gilberton, Jeffrey James McCarthy, 24, of Mahanoy Plane, and Ariel Sarah Lewis, 22, of Pottsville, were consuming alcohol when they became involved in an argument. The argument turned physical when McCarthy allegedly struck Lewis in the face. He was cited, troopers said.Kenneth Ream, 49, of Shenandoah, was cited for harassment as a result of a domestic situation. He allegedly had physical contact with a 36-year-old female from Shenandoah, at a residence along W. Coal St., West Mahanoy Township.The incident occurred about 5:20 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4.
